We are prepared to take your site under our wing and start optimising it with regard to certain keywords, obviously certain keywords may be more competitive than others to achieve a good result within the search engine results. The cost of such an endeavour will be quoted upon inspection of the amount of content requiring optimisation. We will take as many of the pages of your website as required and optimise the images and basic text as part of the cost, we will add keywords and description tags to your pages and clean up the code to remove any unneccesary white space or tags that are lurking there. We will check your website with multiple browsers, both old and new, to determine viewability across a large spectrum of people. We will add `ALT` tags to your images if they do not have any to enable people with text readers or images turned off to still make sense of your website. We may recreate the structuring of your website both for our ease of upkeeping and also for keeping your pages within two clicks of your homepage by use of a sitemap if necessary. We will set up a reciprocal linking strategy where people can access your website and automatically exchange links with you from their website. This would be a full administrative section using a mysql database and php. This option is subject to available resources on your server space.

A robots.txt file is basically a map of allowed or disallowed search engine spiders and the directories they should not view, ie your cgi-bin etc. We will create a custom robots.txt file for your website with reference to the folders on your website you do not want indexed or viewed by search engines and also add in specific disallow functions for a large number of known bad bots that we recommend you do not let onto your website as some of them are email harvesters and can send spam and bogus emails.
	Graphics Optimisation	£10
GIF Colours reduction and JPEG Quality Reduction for quicker loading.
The service includes optimised thumbnails for the images too; typically thumbnail quality reduced by 60-80% for quicker page loading, or down to 32 or 16 or even 8 colours for a GIF(.gif). We are able to take one image or a batch of images that you intend to use on a website and optimise them as best as possible. Obviously bear in mind that the smaller the physical size of the image, the smaller the filesize also. This service is charged at £10 per ten images with reduced unit cost for larger numbers of pictures.

We will analyse the page, and the keywords or keyphrases already on it if there are any, and provide a keyword report. The report will contain information on your existing keywords or keyphrases and their effectiveness, the text on the page and it`s impact on the importance of the keywords, a list of other keywords you could use that would provide you with more search hits and less competition and ways to edit your existing basic text (the content between the <body> and </body> tags) to increase the importance of your targetted keywords or keyphrases.

Clean Source Code for Browser Compatibility and Smaller Page Loading Times
We have a team of experienced html coders that can strip all unnecessary tags and leftovers from the html source code and clean up the page to make it easier to read and load quicker in a browser. This service includes creating external javascript and css files for the style and appearance of the page. An external css file can also assist in browser compatibility as certain style tags applied to text are not supported by some browsers, ie the tag `BORDERCOLOR` is not supported within the Netscape browser, yet creating an element within the css file with border colour attributes and referencing the style using either the `ID` or `CLASS` tags is supported. We will also add `ALT` tags to any images that need them as part of the service, allowing for people viewing your website with images turned off or through a text reader to understand the image without seeing it.

This service is charged at £30 per page that you want them for and will include all useful meta tags that are recognised by the search engines and are relevant to your wesite subject matter. Too many meta tags can cause more harm than good and some are not necessary. We will produce keywords, description and any other meta tags that we deem necessary, or you choose, to add to your specific pages. Any number of pages are taken on and there would be a discount for multiple pages.

We will create a tabular layout for your website by redesigning the homepage to fit within the confines of any screen resolution and also analyse the font sizes and edit them to be viewable at all screen resolutions. This service will create a tabular layout you are happy with that contains all elements of your website, it does not include implementing the new tabular design into your whole website, this would come under site redesigning.

SEO report on homepage + 2nd report after change.
We will take some details from you and produce a report on your homepage with information on how to improve the chances of getting a higher rank on Google and other search engines results pages (serps). Included with the report is a quote for us to do the necessary work or you can do the editing of your homepage yourself. After either you have done the work yourself or we have done it for you we will produce a second report showing the changes that have been made for the better and include information we feel may help you to keep your page updated.
